  Friendly atmosphere with staff who could answer my questions on weight training and on which supplements to take.
  With the supplement shop, it's good to walk into a shop where someone can answer your questions directly, instead of giving a vague answer - leaving you with even more questions.
  On the gym side, it has all the machines that I need to workout, form free weights to isolation equipment.
  Would definitely recommend.
